We are currently carrying out various contracts across the northwest of England for property developers including Bruntwood SciTech, CBRE, and Town Center Securities to name a few.

We've been fortunate enough to be involved with the Prestigious Circle Square development in central Manchester over the last 12 months, carrying out exterior maintenance works, as well as traffic calming works at the scenic Booths Park in Knutsford Cheshire.

We also take the enviroment very seriously at NMCC, enccouraging our staff to come forward with suggestions to help improve our services, and cut down on wastage, and following on from one staff members water saving suggestion......we're currently trialing out a new rain water harvesting system, which when opperational should eliminate our need of any mains water completely.
